The first additions to both festivals have been announced. This time round there's no Camber Sands, as it's back to Minehead for both.
All Tomorrow's Parties have announced the details behind their May festival line-ups. The first festival taking place 8th-10th May is entitled 'The Fans Strike Back', and contains half the line-up voted for by ticket-buyers. Organisers have decided to keep you, and themselves, on their toes as fro the first round of voting, on November 17th, no bands that have played an ATP event before can be selected. The first acts for the frst weekend have been announced, and they are: Devo Sleep Spiritualized (full band - who haven't played the event before) Grails The second ATP festival will be curated by the Breeders. The Deals, as well as performing, will choose over 40 acts to their very own hoedown on May 15th-17th. The first names have already been added to the Breeders' bill, and they are: The Breeders Throwing Muses Bon Iver Teenage Fanclub Holy Fuck Both festivals take place at Butlins Holiday Resort, Minehead, England. Tickets to both events are on sale now at SeeTickets, We Got Tickets, Stargreen, Gigantic and Last Minute. Room Only accommodation at the resort is available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 berths and offers either double, single or bunk beds with private bathroom and TV, but no kitchen facilities or lounge, more like a hotel room. (£150 + booking fee per ticket per festival) Self Catering accommodation is available in 4, 6 and 7 berths and offers private bathroom, full kitchen facilities and separate lounge area with TV. (£160 + booking fee per ticket per festival) All Tomorrow’s Parties are also offering a limited deposit scheme which will allow people the chance to pay £50/£60 per person up front for their chalet now, with the remaining amount to be paid in January.
