Dirty Projectors' van flipped outside of Detroit, MI while on their way to Toronto for a show. That show as well as their Montreal show has been cancelled.

The band described the severity of the accident as "serious," but all have been discharged from the hospital and are set to fly back to New York to recover.

The tour is in promotion of their latest, Bitte Orca and the group is expected to carry on across North America  before moving on through Europe in August.
