The hoary thrash metal merchants give out to UK audiences with their first full tour for 12 years.
Metallica have announced a UK tour this February, the first time the band have toured these isles properly since 1996. The tour comes on the back of the band's critcally acclaimed and number one album, Death Magnetic. Support on the dates comes from Machine Head and The Sword. Tour dates: February 25 - Nottingham Trent FM Arena 26 - Manchester Evening News Arena 28 - Sheffield Arena March 02 - London 02 Arena 03 - Newcastle Metro Radio Arena 25 - Birmingham LG Arena 26 - Glasgow SECC Tickets for the dates go on sale this Friday (October 24) at 9am.
