After rummaging round in their archives, Mute Records have dusted off an old Nick Cave live recording from back in 1997 at the Royal Albert Hall, and are now doing the honours by giving it a release.
The album is available on cd or download from www.liveherenow.com and presents twelve tracks taken from Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds two Royal Albert Hall dates on 19th and 20th May 1997. The shows formed part of a 30-date European tour in support of the album, The Boatman's Call's release. The tracks include The Mercy Seat, Red Right Hand, Henry Lee, The Ship Song and a rare outing of Where The Wild Roses Grow featuring Blixa Bargeld replacing Kylie Minogue on vocal duties.
