It's time to rummage through mummy's wardrobe and pluck out those vintage threads as the pop connoisseurs bounce back with a new song.

Saint Etienne release a new single, Burnt Out Car, on September 22nd through Heavenly/Universal. Available over two CDs, on 7" and download, the track was produced by fellow pop-masterbrain Brian Higgins of Xenomania, and is taken from the band's forthcoming Best Of compilation, London Conversations. The single co-incides with a headline show at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London on September 14th.

A second new single, This Is Tomorrow, will be released later in the year.
