Having performed one-off accoustic dates at venues and one-off fully backed performances for tv, Miles Kane and Alex Turner have announced their first touring duties. They've got a proper band and everything. The tour commences in August and will be followed up with more dates later in the year.

Padding out the Kane/Turner axis to make a full band will be James Ford on drums, John Ashton on keys and Stephen Fretwell on bass. The band will also be joined by a 16-piece orchestra for the dates.

Tickets for the UK shows (revealed below) go on sale Friday July 5th at 9.30am.
