I have upgraded the forum and re-installed the bridge that connects the website to the forum. This should mean that you can now comment on articles and suchlike.

For those of you that joined us after the hack, you won't have seen the bridge before, but you should notice that if you go from forum to website there will be a little panel in the left menu telling you how many new messages you've got etc. The panel looks a bit ugly at the moment but I will make it prettier when I get a sec.
